JA Frate Breaks Ground on Building Expansion
On Wednesday, June 27, 2018, local transportation and distribution company JA Frate held a groundbreaking ceremony at their headquarters in McHenry. The event commemorated the start of construction of a 40,000 square foot expansion as a result of growing customer demand. This extensive addition is a testament to the rapid growth and success of the company. In attendance were representatives of the City of McHenry Mayor Wayne Jett, Director of Economic Development Doug Martin, Superintendent Ryan Schwalenberg, and Ross Polerecky of the Department of Community Development. Also in attendance were representatives from American Community Bank, the McHenry County Economic Development Committee, M-3 Construction, Gillespie Design Group, and Condon Engineering.
