JA Opens the World to Our Customers

Recently, many of our clients began asking JA, “When are you going to offer international transportation services?” As we have done in the past, and will continue to do in the future, we have “answered the call” and are pleased to announce the successful launch of JA International. With this addition to the JA Family we are now truly “the most dependable transportation service in the world!"

JA International operates as both an NVOCC (OTI# 023265NF) and Freight Forwarder (FF) in 72+ countries around the world providing traditional ocean/air services. What separates us from the others is the structure of the operations team. Traditional NVOCC/FF’s operate based on functional areas and not based on the the customer. If you are a customer who utilizes the services of an NVOCC or Freight Forwarder, ask yourself these questions:

• When I call my service provider, how many different people do I talk to?
• When I have a special request, how many say “I’ll have to check and get back to you"?

At JA International our operational team is account based and is empowered with the assets and authority to serve you. So whether you import, export, ship via ocean or air your account representative will be able to answer your questions and solve your problems.

• When I request status updates on my cargo, how do I receive the information if at all?
• How good is my data integrity from beginning to end (including the accuracy of my invoice)?

We know that timely and accurate information is the key to managing a strong supply chain and our system JATRACK leads the way in information performance.  Your shipment updates and reports are “delivered” via e-mail to you or a group when you require. The system also  empowers our customers to build reports on the fly and produce them in Excel, PDF and a variety of other formats. The integrity of our data is second to none because all of our partner agents around the globe utilize JA TRACK for your shipments.
