Colin Herchenbach, Account Manager Specialty Alloy Services of Scot Forge Company attended the Boeing Supplier Event and shared the fact that Scot Forge has recently made some rather large capital investments to more actively pursue aluminum aerospace forgings. Attached is an example of a ring which  measured 124" OD x 115" ID x 27.50" T and weighed almost 9,000 lbs!
