RINGWOOD, IL - Rapid Waterjet Design (RWD) continues to grow. Scott Suhr, Owner and President, is pleased to announce the new expansion to a larger fabrication facility. Located at 5415 Business Parkway, Ringwood, Illinois, the new facility will offer 15,000 square feet of fabrication and office space. This move allows RWD to execute its business plan to acquire additional fabrication equipment (including a 5-Axis CNC machining center) to meet the evolving needs of its growing customer base.
From prototype to production, Rapid Waterjet Design can provide multiple manufacturing options, and recommend the most efficient way to produce tight tolerance components and products based upon customer goals and objectives. RWD offers a unique combination of technology and manufacturing process experience that provides the capability to maintain unparalleled quality while delivering the advantages of speed and savings.

July 26, 2013, McHenry IL – Joule Technologies is proud to announce and welcome Rafael Nuno as Operations Manager where he will be responsible for manufacturing processes, quality and meeting customer delivery requirements.
Prior to Joule, Nuno worked twenty-three years at Motorola, the last eight as a Regional Program Manager in new product development and product launch for Motorola’s Smart Mobile Phones and Tablets. Prior to this role at Motorola, Rafael worked as the Manager in Service Engineering developing processes, Design for Serviceablity, documentation and in training.
“I chose Joule because their products are excellent and I wanted to apply my years of process development and quality experience to a company that has a history of steady growth. I believe Joule is onto something special,” said Rafael.
