At the Annual Meeting of Investors held on November 16th at the Shah Corporate Center in McHenry, the 2011 McHenry County EDC Board of Directors were elected as follows:

Susan Milford, Centegra Health System - First Term 2011 - 2013
Joe Foley, Corporate Disk - Second Term 2011-2013
Eric Gerhart, Home State Bank - Second Term 2011 - 2013
Charlie Klimkowski, Kwik Kopy Printing - Second Term 2011 - 2013
Outgoing Directors - Terry Greeno, Express Employment Professionals, Joe Hoffman, Medela, and Don Westfall, ComEd, having served two terms as Board Members and pursuant to our ByLaws, were thanked for their years of service and dedication to the EDC mission of positively impacting McHenry County's economic base through retention, expansion and attraction.
At the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors which followed directly, the Officers of the corporation were elected to the second year of their 2 year term:
